Automatic Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box, Large Capacity for Multiple Cats

Frequent in-app operation logs indicate repeated triggering of door anti-pinch protection (Door anti-pinch triggered).

 

1. Check the placement of the litter box (it should be placed horizontally on a hard, flat surface, and no litter control mat should be placed under the support legs).
2. Check the installation of the litter box drum (the internal drum must be correctly positioned, with the drum rollers aligned with the grooves on the base; inspect the white rollers in contact with the drum for any damage).
3. If an object or cat enters the drum during the cleaning cycle, blocking the entrance infrared anti-pinch sensor, the device will pause cleaning and resume after approximately 10 seconds.
4. If no object or cat enters the drum during the cleaning cycle: 4-1. Cat litter particles or dust may have adhered to the emission port of the door anti-pinch sensor, causing abnormal transmission or reception (inspect and try using a hairdryer to blow air into the small opening for cleaning). 4-2. The infrared sensor may have shifted due to movement during transportation. The device can be disassembled to reinstall the infrared sensor correctly

1. Check whether the drum of the litter box is installed correctly (lift the top cover and reinstall the drum properly; check if the rollers in contact with the drum are deformed, twisted, or cracked).
2. The litter box should be placed horizontally on a hard floor, avoiding soft surfaces such as carpets or litter control mats.
3. After adding new litter to the drum, press the reset button to recalibrate the device. This will level the litter and reset the weight measurement.
4. Unplug the power, wait 1–2 minutes, and then reconnect it.
